Parties are welcome on any day of the year (except at Christmas) but arrangements must be made in advance for visits when Didcot Railway Centre is not otherwise open, and is advisable on other occasions.
There is a discount of 10% of the appropriate admission price for parties of 15 or more persons.
A minimum charge of £25 applies for party visits on days when Didcot Railway Centre is not otherwise open.
A Guide can be provided for taking parties round the Centre at a cost of £18.
It is recommended that you allow a minimum of 2 hours for a visit, particularly on a steamday.
Lunches and snacks are available in the Refreshment Room.
For parties we can provide lunches and afternoon teas to suit your requirements. Evening visits with a buffet meal can be arranged during the summer months.
Coach drivers are admitted free of charge and are supplied with a voucher for refreshments; parking arrangements will be advised at the time of booking.
