Diagram T.49, Lot No. 582

The only example of the breed, this vehicle was converted by the GWR into Camp Coach No. 9940, and whilst gutted internally, still retained the bunk beds in the guard's van. It has recently been fully restored and entered traffic, albeit without lining and lettering, on 26 September 2009. Final lining out and lettering were completed in August 2010.
